Construction Legislation
Our construction work is planned and carried out with regard to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM). We take appropriate measures to manage construction risks and protect workers, clients, visitors and members of the public.
Building Regulations
Where applicable, building work is undertaken in accordance with the Building Regulations 2010 and relevant approved requirements. Building regulations approval is obtained where required before or during applicable works.
Planning and Heritage Requirements
Where construction or restoration work affects a listed building, conservation area or property of historic interest, we take account of relevant planning and heritage requirements. Necessary permissions and approvals are considered before work begins.
