Services

We provide building, refurbishment, restoration and related construction services as agreed with the customer. The scope of work, materials, specifications and expected completion times will be confirmed before work begins.

Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are based on the information available when they are prepared. Where additional work or unforeseen conditions arise, we will discuss any changes to the scope and cost with the customer before proceeding where reasonably practicable.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before work starts. Customers are responsible for making payments by the agreed dates. Any outstanding balance may affect the continuation of works.

Changes to the Work

Requests to change the agreed specification, materials or scope of work may affect the price and completion date. Any significant changes will be discussed and agreed before the additional work is carried out.

Access and Site Conditions

The customer must provide reasonable access to the property and work areas. Delays caused by restricted access, concealed defects, unsafe conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the project schedule. Our approach to managing risks on construction sites is outlined in our Workplace Safety Policy.

Materials and Workmanship

Materials will be selected according to the agreed specification and the requirements of the project. Construction and restoration work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Where applicable, workmanship and completed works are covered by our Workmanship guarantee.

Project Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to complete works within the agreed timeframe. Completion dates may change because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, material shortages, unforeseen structural conditions or delays caused by third parties.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information relevant to the project and notify us of any known structural, access or property-related issues that may affect the work. Any personal information provided to us is handled in accordance with our Personal Data Policy.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation or termination arrangements will depend on the agreed contract and the circumstances of the project. Any cancellation charges will be proportionate to work completed, costs incurred and commitments made on the customer’s behalf.
